Types of activities for which attestation for engineering and technical personnel working in the field of industrial safety is required to obtain The Exercise Permit.

- Activities carried out in the field of industrial safety, in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of the Regulation on the procedure for attestation of personnel carrying out activities in the field of industrial safety, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 467 dated 03.07.2024;
- The list of industrial and social facilities, technical installations/technological systems, machines and technologies used at industrial and social facilities, in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 151/2022 and the types of work performed on them
